In order to be sure our records are accurate please be sure to do the following:

• Record the information engraved on each headstone you photograph including the epitaph at the bottom if there is one. If you would like a Project Photo
  
• Record form please Contact us and we'll send one out.
  
• Record the name and location of the cemetery and the date on the back of each photograph
  Record your name, address, email address on the back of each photograph
  Be sure, when doing this, not to press too hard or the photograph may be marred. Please use pencil only as ink can be transferred to other photos, ruining the image.
